Responsive Webpage Design Makeover
I set the the theme to a color close to orange and dark cyan-blue just to stand-out the text, buttons etc. I removed some of the pages in the menus and i placed it onto the home page under the Features section (some of the pages in the menu are redundant). I formatted the contents to look more neat and professional. Thank you for the opportunity to be apart of your contest. More power!

Where is my Welcome messge? login/signup button?

Currently i'd add a login box as a representation of your login/signup unfortunately i forgot to add the Welcome Message. I can add up the Welcome Guest! Sign up line in the "Member Login / Sign Up" below the menu. Thank your for the opportunity.
