Updated: At the moment, I have two websites, www.marknixon.com and www.marknixonportraits.com I want to combine both of these into one new Squarespace website. Squarespace is very good for photographers and I want to be able to update the site myself easily, so this is why I chose Squarespace. I also want to add the feature of selling online gift vouchers that people can print at home. I will be adding a Blog to the new site too and I want to add video content.
The new site should have really good SEO
The main focus of the new site will be Family Portraits (www.marknixonportraits.com) but the other sections to include the work from (www.marknixon.com)
Please have a look at my current sites to see where I'm coming from but I would love to see new ideas. If you have good ideas to improve the site, please include those in your submission. Good English communication and dealing with one person is important to me.
Please show me a sample of what you can do by using my sites and images to create this test site.
Please prepare this sample and tell me what you would do with the site. If you have any questions please let me know.
You can use my new logo (attached) in your design. Although, I am also open to not using this logo too, if your design looks better without it.
I have made this a Sealed contest so please show me what you can do.

A lot of people are asking if the site can be Wordpress instead of Squarespace. I understand that Wordpress is more flexible, but I am concerned about Hosting, Fast Loading optimized pages and images, SEO, Security, etc and being able to add and change things myself. I am open to listening to your ways of addressing these concerns, if you want to use Wordpress.
Price for final site is negotiable.

Dear contest holder,

As someone experienced in web design I recommend you go with a more flexible CMS such as Wordpress as it has an huge advantage when compared to a platform like SquareSpace.

However I will try and submit a sample SS design as you have requested.

If you change your mind please do let me know. I will get the entire site up and running for you as well as give you and your team the basic training for free.

Your description says "Please use my new logo (attached) in your design," but I don't see it attached. I'm building the test site using the logo from marknixonportraits.com, is that okay? Or do you want a different logo?
