Hello everyone, this contest will be testing both your iOS and Android game building skills and will be a great way to fill your portfolio with another job well done. The game being built is called Jetmon. Our main character is a little Jamaican dude who should be wearing (fittingly) the colors of the Jamaican flag. All colors should be bright and cartoony, including that of the app icon. This is a landscape-orientation-only game.

The gameplay will be similar to the old facebook game called Jetman, in which the character is constantly side-scrolling to the right in a cave-like environment. When the player taps the screen, the character should move up as the rocket fires for as long as the tap lasts and fall down due to gravity when the player is not tapping the screen. The cave should start out very wide and have very few obstacles at the beginning and begin to narrow and have more obstacles as time goes on. After one minute, the cave should stay at the same width and have lots of obstacles in it. The cave is unlimited in length, and the goal of the player is to stay alive as long as possible without crashing in to the walls of the cave with their beloved Jetmon.

The design must be from the ground up, including everything from the graphic design, the code itself, the GUI, and menus - even slots for ads here and there would be nice.

Bonus: Any of you who is able to integrate social features in to the app (show facebook friends' scores, challenge their friends, etc.) will get extra brownie points!

Bonus #2: The winner will also have his or her name written somewhere within the app when it goes to both app stores.

Hi ryan! I'll create it for you. It maybe takes less than several days. I can also use social integration too! Unfortunately, I only can do it in Android, not in IOS because I don't have any mac and apple developer license. So, do you think I may create it just for Android? (I think its worth with the price)

I'd be surprised if someone would be willing to do it for that prize. Maybe if you provide the graphics. But for the whole package, it's not worth it. Shame, cuz it's an interesting project.
