Project - New company logo

I would like a company logo for our new property development company. The name of the company is "Formby Elliott Property Group". The company will develop large scale projects throughout Australia so the logo should reflect the following company brand attributes:
1. Professional
2. Elite quality
3. Strong
4. Creative
5. Corporate
6. Investor Confidence
7. Understated

Further notes -
- The logo doesn't necessarily require the words "property group", however it would be ideal to show your design with and without these words
- We prefer an emphasis on the font, rather than any colours or pictures
- We envisage logo colour to be black, white, grey, silver or metallic, as we will have many print versions that will not be in colour. Hence the main emphasis on the font.
- We do not require any imagery like buildings etc trying to explain what we do
- We are keen to see some 3d options to give the logo depth
- Formby and Elliott are equal shareolders, so no emphasis on one or the other
- The logo may incorporate the "F" and the "E" together as an object like some examples attached

The winning entry will require to deliver the files in multiple formats like psd, pdf, jpeg, indesign and any working files used to create the logo

The attached files are simply examples to lead you in the right direction.
