I'm looking for a simple, original, sexy version of Videl from the show Dragon Ball Z. She must be in a neutral 3/4 pose, and must be designed on multiple layers. After the best one is chosen, it will have to be delivered in a PSD file on multiple layers, or as individual image files so that I can rig them together to animate. For instance, head on one layer, eyes on another, eyebrows on another, upper body on another, upper arm on another, and so on.

You can delete my messages if you would like but I'm giving you solid advice. This is a guaranteed contest which means you are throwing away your $25 and the guaranteed fee. There is absolutely no way anyone is going to give you the original content that you are requesting for this price. If you offer a prize of $50 you may get some decent content. Offer $100 and you will probably get close to what you are looking for.

  You're assuming you know what I'm looking for. I'm simply running a contest to see people's artwork for a long term relationship. If you work at $25 an hour, it would be more valuable to show me what you're able to do in an hour than try to give me advice.
