The Concept: Using the Cars as the concept to build around (See breakdown below)

Hello, I have an eBook that I need to be design. I picture this as a vibrantly themed book throughout like example shown (attached) and makes readers feel as if it is a piece of cake to do. Looking for skilled graphic artist to visually bring these concepts to life. Please do not copy sample design exactly or submit other copied work.

Submission should include:
1. Ebook cover
2. Sample ebook layout design (Please create sample pages (1-3 pages) to submit)

Concept Breakdown: (illustrate these concepts)
Identity - Exterior of the car color paint, rims, spoiler, etc
Tone of voice - Car horn
Touch Points - interior of car with controls(ie. engine switch, horn, windshield wipers, light controls, visor, etc)
Personality - Aura or feel
Positioning - how someone parks their car.. parked under tree, backed in,
Purpose - tires
Strategy - car GPS/Navigation system
Story - Commercials(illustrate car on tv screen)
Values - Engine
Content - car on showroom floor
Guidelines - car on road with signals to get back on road( think lane assist)
Logo - car grille/emblem
Vision - Headlights
