Resumen del concurso

This is a three - stories administration building for an industrial company situated in Riyadh – Saudi Arabia. This company is specialized on dates and water factories and fridge stores.
The plans of the three floors are designed and

What is required is:-

An AMAZING DESIGN for the two main facades (northern and western) AND the roof (for seating) and it is preferred to choose the modern style and should exploit the wonderful views in front of the northern façade of the building.

- In attachments, there are DWG files for the architectural plans and the 3d model

Notes:

You have a freedom to change the shape of the annex floor if needed but should leave 2 meter minimum from the edge of the building that faced the streets and the area of the floor not exceed 210 squire meter.

also the material should be mentioned in the elevations.

Heights: 4 meters for every story

Note: The last "Third" Story is the General manager office so it has to be very nice place with gardens in front of the constructed boundary in this story
