I need a graphics designer who can use Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator to fixup a corporate logo for use on a public website / company word letterhead.

Please see attached two reference graphics: A managed-services-logo and a liberty-mutual-logo.
Please workup the managed services logo in Illustrator and get the image graphic-ready.
Then examine the font/titleing of the Liberty Mutual logo --you will need to match the font to a useable closest font in Illustrator/Photoshop.
Create a new logo by adding the managed services logo to the Liberty Mutual font/titleing, re-naming "Liberty Mutual" to: "Dallas Technology"
and re-name "INSURANCE" to: "SOLUTIONS". Note: Be sure to keep the horizontal LINE separating "Dallas Technology" from "SOLUTIONS". Keep the Font sizing/dimensions/color in proportion to the sample Liberty-Mutual logo.
Change the managed services logo in the following ways and add to the Left of the Titleing:
Shrink the size of the Circle; Change the color to Blue color (shade seen on chase.com public website). Regarding the managed-services-logo, when I say "shrink the circle," I mean I want the outside-circle outline shrunk down --almost touching where the bottom of the hand is. This would make for using less color inside the circle.

Project turnover will include all Illustrator & PhotoShop SOURCE FILES to include the Layered product -suitable for later graphics design editing/changes.
Also please provide two representations: "One to include the circle-logo (on the left-side of the titleing" and the other to include the circle-logo on the right-side of the titleing." Also export a useable .JPG, .PNG, .GIF formats suitable for web use.
