The attached HTM file was created in MS Word and then saved as HTM. As a result, the file contains a lot of HTML rubbish codes, which are not needed to properly display the content.

Your task is to :

1- redesign the HTM document into a more modern look (different title, different frames or background colors, different font, etc)

2- remove all rubbish from MS Word, so that only the minimal HTM codes are inside the file

3- ensure that the new HTM file is responsive, display properly on any phone / tablet browser window (iOS + Android)

This task is about redesigning 1 page only. The new design shall be TECHNICAL, not article.

Additionally, you will be invited to convert 300 up to 900 similar HTM files into the new style. Files are delivered as MS Word and exported HTM. Advise your price to convert the files into the new look. What is your price per 100 files.
