Dear Freelancer,
I need to create a logo: DOURO PASSION, for a new company that provides river cruises in a small sailboat. The goal is to create a simple, modern logo that combines the two concepts: DOURO=SAILBOAT and PASSION=HEART, so in the end a well presented and clean logo/brand that combines/fused the sailboat with a heart. I'm also OPEN to other ideas or concepts, but we should always try to incorporate the boat in the design (only the boat at least). I have uploaded some logo examples that I think could work for this concept and that I really like! Only for INSPIRATION. NO COPY PLEASE. Image of the sailboat style/look also uploaded.
In terms of colours I was thinking in BLUE (2 different blues) or BLUE and RED (if you use the heart concept)... but mainly the BLUE will be the dominant colour, to associate the water/river concept. In terms of text font, something clean and easy to read.
Final file should be delivered in Illustrator and all used fonts must be provided, as well refer all used PANTONE references.

Just a few comments: I will be making some comments soon and rate my favourite logos so far. I can also see that some of the submissions are almost a copy of what I have uploaded. Those logos will be ELIMINATED. I'm looking for something original. PLEASE ONLY USE ORIGINAL DRAWINGS/ELEMENTS/VECTORS... don't use existing vectors. Take your time to create and think the concept.
