Resumen del concurso

We'd like you to write "Evidence Based Recruiting" on a report cover with the following idea:

A number of people icons (men and women) in black and white, with other people in color in between spelling out Evidence Based Recruiting. Please see sample upload. A few points though:
i) the people probably need to be smaller if you want to be able to spell each word
ii) We'd like the people icons in two formats, one with the people filled with black ink and the other one, just the outline of the people being black ink and the inside being translucent or white
iii) The color scheme of title Evidence Based Recruiting should be easily changeable

Initially, We'd like the font colors to be in the following variations
iv) Evidence Based: Same color scheme as Google logo (that is, each letter a different color and same color palette). Hiring: Same color scheme as Netflix logo
v) All of it in Google color scheme
vi) All of it in Netflix color scheme
vii) All the people icons being in black ink and the letters for the phrase being with black outline but white ink
viii) Same as vii but with this yellow (all letters in yellow). Then blue. Then red. https://goo.gl/images/wMqUL5

Evidence Based Recruiting should only take up the upper half of the page, as we need space to write other things on the second half of the report page.
