Hi,

I'm interested in having a one page website built with a form included. Site must have a header image and footer. Form must be fully functional also.

Upon completion:
Handover must include HTML, CSS, images, and form files. Form must be fully tested and functional. Up the top of the site if Possible I would like a scrolling text area. This website is very basic but I require a clean designed site. FORM fields requirements are in attached file and header image idea. You can use a different header image, I included it as an example. Site MUST be responsive. No wordpress.

**** PLEASE SUBMIT A MOCKUP OR SITE EXAMPLE FOR CONSIDERATION. PLEASE BE CREATIVE. THE CONTEST IS SET FOR 20 DAYS BUT IF YOU SUBMIT A GREAT DESIGN I WILL AWARD SOONER. THANK YOU

The website is called Buy My Selfies. Model submit their photos or selfies and we buy them.

Are you an experienced model interested in new opportunities?

If you are ANY of the above and seeking the ability to be a part of new and unique projects then you’ve come to the right place! We welcome fresh new faces as well as experienced models!

SECTION #2
HOW IT WORKS
1) Submit as many photos (selfies or photos) as possible through our online form

2) Our team will review your photos.
* Please note during you initial submission our team will review your photos for certain looks or traits, We will not deny those new to modeling due to lack of posing experience.

3) If you meet the required criteria for any of our projects our team will reach out to you to confirm age eligibility (18+) and provide you with additional details.
* All selfie purchase are on a per selfie basis.

    Hi @Arvind S. I'm sorry for using your logo. I don't know that, I thought it iwas provided by client side. So I just randomly picked from any of the design. I'll change it soon. And please don't call me copycat like that! I can design far better than your logo :)
