We are a tech company located in Sydney.
We build applications, websites, etc.
We would like to outsource the design of one of our applications that is now in development.
This application is a smart dating app that is kind of similar to Tinder/Bumble.
Where there are girls/boys and you can swipe left or right on them to get a match.
Except, our application has some extra features, for example, after every couple of swipes, you'll get a question card that will ask you a simple question and you can answer or skip.
The main functionality of this app is the questions, there will be thousands of different type of questions, like social, sport, movies, psychological, etc.
There will be questions that are image-based, like Which photo is Obama, etc.
There will be lots of different type of questions and templates and therefore UI interfaces.
Each person will get ratings based on the questions that he's answered, for instance :

Joe, 29
Social: 130 star
Movies: 140 star
etc.

The important thing is we don't like starts, we like something new, if you come up with a different system of rating for the users, you'll be highly rewarded.

Open that link and you'll see this user has lot's of badges, reputations, etc.
This is somewhat close to what we want, expect, StackOverflow is technical only, whereas our app is going to be Social, Sexy and hookup and dates, so you can imagine the differences.

What do we want from you :
1- To design the initial interfaces for the app, including but not limited to :
User Profile: which shows user images, his ratings, his bio, etc
User Setting: To upload images, edit images, edit settings, edit bio, etc
A simple question card for start: a for answer question for now, but if we like your design, you'll be our continues designer for the rest of the cards, which is unlimited !!!!
The swiping page, ( look at Tinder to get an idea) : We like swiping left/right, but if you can come up with a smoother idea instead of swiping, you'll be very deliciously rewarded.

2- Animations: WE LOVE ANIMATIONS: Your ideas/design MUST include visual effects when we say swiping, we don't like a boring swipe, we want the user to enjoy playing the app.
Animations are really important, especially in the Question Cards, give us examples and ideas and you're hired for a couple of years with us

3- Have a look at Tinder, that should give you a lot of ideas, look where there's no typical hamburger menu for settings, look where how nicely tabs are separated. We want something like that, where there is innovation, please don't come back with a typical user profile design where you can find them for free in google images.

****** Try to be innovative, tabs and hamburger menus are so old-school, have your own design signature.

Note to all :
1- Stay away from hamburger menu and typical buttons, try to be innovative, use circles, shapes etc.
2- Our user are gonna spend 95% of their times on the swiping page, so that's your ace card, it must be amazing, try to come up with a new way of swiping, no need to necessarily follow Tinder ( swiping left/right) , remember the user has all his fingers and can go in any direction
