Design a logo for a premier boutique strategic advisory firm to CEOs, Boards of Directors and Executive Leadership Teams. Specialize in consulting with leadership on enterprise strategy and on empowering HR’s value, linking the human capital and compensation roadmap to company direction with actionable steps that drive P&L results.

The logo should be a logotype/wordmark that uses the full name of the company:

Lawrence Costello & Associates

JUST TO EMPHASIZE... The name is Lawrence Costello... so that should be together on one line... *DO NOT* emphasize Lawrence as larger/bigger than Costello...

and where it would be used - replacing the text right now at the very top...

Also will be used for business cards, stationary, powerpoint templates, etc.

The logotype/wordmark should convey:

Professionalism
Strategic Thinking / Visionary
Quality
Energetic

Colors should support the above... Blues are good and so is the use of white space for crispness. Use/highlight the letters LC in the logo somehow - whether by accenting by color, size, font type, etc.

Would like JPG, TIF, PSD, etc. files at the end of this so it can be re-sized as needed.
