hola busco a alguien que pueda solucional el error de conexion de maquina virtuales

Buenos Dias tengo un servidor con vmware esxi y una de mis maquinas esta presentando un fallo y solo que me queda el archivo para restaurar.

necesito configurar dos esxi con un solo vcenter para que repliquen una maquina virtual, ya tengo los dos servidores con esxi 7 instalados y el vcenter, solo falta terminar la configuracion de replica

Se trata de replicar en la plataforma de produccion, la topología de red que tenemos en nuestra plataforma DEMO. Disponemos de varios servidores Físicos dedicados, con VMware ESXI, donde habrá que instalar y configurar PFSense en alta disponibilidad y además como backup se utilizará AZURE / AWS. Los servidores fisicos se comunicaran por túneles VPNs configurados en el pfsense. Todas las máquinas virtuales que no sean del PFsense serán instaladas y configuradas por nosotros. El titulo de este proyecto lo dice todo. Tengo un Servidor en una DATACENTER , llamado HiVelocity Tiene montado el Script WHM para administrar HOSTING, casi todos los sitios que hay son mios. Hay que virtualizarlo idealmente con VMWARE, sin perder datos, claro esta. y luego poder agregar una segunda Virtual Machine en el mismo servidor con windows 2016 server, y configurarlo para que pueda usarse con Terminal Server con 5 licencias. Hay tiempo UNA semana a partir de la Adjudicación del Proyecto.

Se necesita hacer que un servidor HP con el ESXI 6.0 instalado, pueda reconocer los discos duros externos usb 3.0. Se ha revisado y el lsusb sí reconoce los dispositivos usb 3.0. Este mismo servidor anteriormente tuvo el QEMU y reconocía perfectamente los usb 3.0. Por el momento he logrado utilizar el disco duro externo en modo “Passthrough”, sin embargo no es lo apropiado porque no me permite desmontar la unidad cuando el VM está prendido. Un VM de producción no se puede estar apagando para desconectar un USB. Se verificado varios foros de VMware, por lo tanto necesito de alguien que de verdad conozca el tema y no me haga perder el tiempo investigando.
