My firm needs a streamlined digital repository built specifically for our legal documents. The solution must run as a desktop application—online access or mobile add-ons can wait until after the core build is complete. Key requirements • Robust full-text search so any brief, motion, or exhibit is retrievable in seconds, even from scanned PDFs. • Granular user-permission layers that let me decide, per folder or file, who may view, edit, or delete. Tools such as PowerShell, WinMerge, dupeGuru, or comparable Windows 11 ...

Because the focus is pure bookkeeping rather than tax preparation or financial analysis, accuracy and timeliness matter most. I reconcile the accounts myself each month, so your work must be fully updated before then. Deliverables • Daily or weekly entry of all transactions into Tally • Proper narration, voucher classification, and GST tagging where applicable • A month-end backup of the completed Tally data fi...
