We want to expand our range of high-quality kids bikes with nice, light and ergonomic city-bikes, perfect tools to go to school. We need to determine the design and global geometry for 20", 24" and 26" bikes, in order to send the drawings to our supplier who will made the technical drawings with the adaptation needed for production. We would like to develop a step-through model with a net design, lin the general idea of the pic attached but on a mechanical bike and on kid size.

I have included the Flanges drawing to build the Abaqus Model. The Flange connects the riser's bottom part to a spool. According to the attached spec, the only thing that needs to be modelled is both parts of the flange. I suggest building the left and right parts of the flange separately and then the gasket and stud bolts separately. Once done, then define a contact area to connect the parts. One can use Pre-load-tensioning for the bolts.

The gripper is designed to indent the object approximately 6mm on each side while holding, with a force of at least 20N on each side, 50N total. The gripper must grab and indent the object within 250ms. The device is LiPo battery powered. The whole mechanism including the motor must fit inside 50 x 80 x 30 mm.
