The short videos will run for a couple of seconds each, and will incorporate my company logo into the set design. Looking for someone to help produce this and bring my ideas to life. Must be proficient in videography, colour-grading, video editing and sound design. The videos will used for social promotion, as well as on the website. Must be Sydney based.

I have a C++ media player using gstreamer but I need to update it to support LAN RTSP streams and with less than 1 second latency. I am not a gstreamer expert and need some advice on how to set up the pipeline correctly (it currently works for everything except RTSP, so there could be a gstreamer bug to work around). I need someone who can review my code, is familiar with RTSP working in gstreamer, and can offer advice.
