ASP.Net back to Classic ASP MSSQL server DB help

We have an ASP.Net application that was developed and we were only provided the complied ASPX and the database and the original company we can no longer do business with. We have a "working model" locked to a laptop computer so I CAN view source to see the generated HTML files. We have the entire MS SQL 2003 database which is populated with many tables and stored procedures. I have learned most of the table interactions, however I am not an expert at stored procedure. What I need is a flexible coder verse in MS SQL server and ASP who can asist with helping us rewrite oen of the main pages that allows users to select options to pass. ## Deliverables I have attached the HTML page that we are trying to re-write. We need this re-coded to Classic ASP even if it is less efficient. We have the complied ASPX and DLL'S however unless you know very well how to de-crypt them then I would just assume start fresh. The page uses SVG files as well. I will provide everything the coder would like after they have been chosen. I can not provide a copy of our database for bidding purposes, but I can tell you that there are about 14 tables and about 34 stored procedures. I know this will be difficult to bid so please do accordingly 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
