I have a transport porgram that I need splitting into two new versions The link is here [login to view URL] user name admin, password pass you enter into the booking form and start typing bextec into the customer name and select the account that comes up, you will then see the booking form. The rest of the system just needs playing with to get used tot he interfaces, and if you have any questions about it please ask and I Will answer them I now need this version putting into two different version and I am looking for someone to do the pair or I am willing to split it for time issues. Here are the 2 versions I want Version 1 This system needs some features disabling. Like the own vehicle area as all he deals with is subcontractors. On the day sheet it needs to be able to put a second collection and delivery address in and add 2 address lines and a Quantity of Bricks field and a number of pallets field adding. - Add extra input fields onto job sheet - Display extra fields invoicing On the collection address they need an option to select from a customer collection point and then a depot, which will fill in the details when selected. Alternatively they can type in the address by hand. The is to work the same way as the booking form, so they start typing the first few letters and a list appears for them to select from. They also need a description/notes section to put additional job details and not have a limit to how much they can type in those notes. For the price they need to be able to put a set price or a price per thousand that the invoice will calculate. They want to be able to enter recurring jobs, so they just select a job, select a date and then submit it back to the system on that date. Important, their business runs of recurring jobs Once a job is in the system, you can then allocate to a subcontractor. And a set price or price per thousand again. On the day sheet where the pod returned is yes or no, it needs to have a new option to put in a pod number and a pod name, and at that point if those are in for the specific job the system will show the job as ready for invoicing. And show a Y on the day sheet. They want to be able to email / fax from the system. They have fax software installed on their pc already. - What do they want to email? – Email job details and or outstanding POD list to customers. - the fax will just need to work like a print button, so theyu can then select the fax from the list of printers. They want to be able to email a pod outstanding list to subcontractors, or at least generate a list they can email. Finally the system will need to export to a csv file for importing into sage and I am getting an example of this. 2, Version 2 These want it by the 1st of march at the latest On the day sheet page. Separate out into 4 tabs Unallocated : Allocated : On Board : Completed - Creating multiple tabs - Creating status to assign jobs to different tabs - Creating method of changing status of job The process is wanting to go as follows They enter a job on the screen as normal, then upon clicking save it goes to the unallocated screen. From there they allocate it to a driver or subcontractor, a sms is sent for them both to accept or decline. If accepted the job goes to the allocated screen. If declined a message pops up on all screens and the job is allocated to the next driver / subi and so on until it is accepted. From the allocated screen, they want it to then be able to send a signature (mainly a typed name at this stage) back to the system from the pda / phone and then the job goes to completed. - Sending sms - Receiving and processing sms responses (assuming a link sent in sms that launches a web page on the pda) From completed they will then price the job so it is ready for invoicing. On the invoicing side, they need to have an option for generating invoices. And this needs to be on both customers and subcontractors When they enter the new customer, they have to select an invoicing option of Anytime, weekly, fortnightly, monthly. When they do an invoice run they want to then select form the same list in any combination to generate invoices. Eg, anytime and weekly / anytime and fortnightly and so on. - Extra field on customer form - New invoice generation process – generate invoices as one long word document for printing They also need it to do the following. Invoicing for customers and Subis, they need both to work the same way and invoice numbers to be continuous. Plus remove the uninvoice option and make the subi invoices work the same as customer invoices. Ie, it stores the invoice numbers and allows them to do credit notes, as well as view old invoices. Finally the system will need to export to a csv file for importing into sage and I am getting an example of this.
