Complete Website Creation (Corporate)

We have a generic template we would like to take and make into an ASP.net website with a master page for the menu system on the front page and a separate master page for additional pages. The menu structure will use javascript. We will have a Nivo slider on the front page for some highlighted pictures. You must provide examples of past work if you are bidding. It would also be nice if you could include the time it took to create these sites. We will be very thorough in our evaluation of freelancers and will only select from the top providers that are very gifted in both design and coding. This will be a corporate site with many pages.
