ASP retrieve and Pagination code

Need a piece of code to retrieve data from an Access DB. Code should create pagination and allow parameter to setup number of items showing per page. Should be in ASP NOT ASP.NET
Connection string should be made for DSN access.
Code need to be efficient to retrieve data using an SQL query with parameters(VendorNmae) and (ProductID).
Code need to be your own and not just a cut and paste.
Database is as follows:
Database Name: [login to view URL]
Table: TestPage
Fields:
• ProductID(Text)
• Prddetail (text)
• Vendtext (memo)
• VendorName (text)
• Link1 (URL)
• Link2 (URL)
• Link3 (URL)
• Link4 (URL)
• Pict131x139 (text)
• Pict63x68 (text)
Code should retrieve the data and show it as per attached PDF.
The Previous and Next text will be replaced with a graphic button.
Money will be in escrow but will only be release after I test the code on MY system. Copyright should be to us after we release payment.
