Creating eLearning Courses (SCORM 1.2/2004 compliant) - using Captivate

I need someone to work with me, on a long term basis, creating multiple courses. For this project, lets start with 1 course, just to see how you do. You'd need to use professional eLearning course builders, like Adobe Captivate, or Articulate 360 (just 2 of the best known, but there are others). This has to be SCORM 1.2 or 2004 compliant. This honestly won't be a huge project. Most of the courses I'll need are standard courses that already exist out there - you would just need to use those as a reference for creating these (not copying though, just as a guide). This is a very small project (just for 1 course), which wouldn't take long at all to complete, so please don't high-ball this. An example course would be "WHMIS", which would take me probably a few hours to make using Captivate, and existing versions of it as a guide. If this works out, I would probably want you to create 100s of these.

Good day, I have over 16 years of experience on the development of elearning courses. You did not mention the size of the course you are requesting a bid for, this is the main factor that is needed for the bid and cost. Roughly, to copy write a course, do the instructional design and develop it for 30-40 slides would cost about $600, this will include an interactive course that is a SCORM format.
