Accountant needed for filing in Delaware

The "one year" refers to the number of records etc and is not related to duration of the project. 2) "filing" does NOT refer to the verb "to file" it relates to the documents that the accountant is to provide. Therefore no manual filing is required. The documents can be delivered over vWorker. Hi, I am looking for an accountant to do one year of filing for a newly incorporated C corp. It is incorporated in Delaware with a qualification to transact in New York. Annual revenues are approx $100,000, with approx 50 invoices per year. There are no employees. You are probably better qualified than I am to tell me what services I will require, so perhaps it is best to quote an annual fee. If it doesn't work this way, just let me know and we can talk.
