I have very extensive practical knowledge and understanding of Basel II/III. I work in a major risk consulting firm who provides consulting services to financial institutions which includes Basel II/III as well. As far as Project a,b and d are concerned, I can do this without any issues, however for project c as I haven't directly made submissions to CRR/CRD but I have assisted clients on submission and template formation for the same with proper research this can be done as well. It would be better if you can provide me further details with respect to each sub-project
