Hi, I'm looking for Bookkeeping, Accounts and HR support to properly manage our accounts and HR. * This role is remote and can be completed online with proper updates and attachments * Should be available atleast 1 hour during UK time to discuss on the work * Update our online ERP system * Create AR Invoices check paypal, set reminders and send emails * Update AP invoices, attach the payments * Complete the bank reconciliation to reconcile the payments * Pass any journals, prepare VAT returns * Manage timesheets for employees and freelancers update for payments * Manage employee payroll, timesheets * Support on the employee performance, KPIs * Produce proper UK Chart of Accounts * Use online reports and generate TB, P&L and Balance sheet * Update all necessary finance and accounts activites * Single point of contact for all Finance and accounting enquiries * Need to respond through company emails on any client / team clarifications * Send contracts and proposals, be available for online chat and take any incoming calls to resolve any queries. This is not a short term role, I'm looking for a long term associate to work and grow with the company.

We work directly in servers installed in Australia and update all the bookkeeping and accounting in those servers only by using RDP.
