Comprehensive ad network for sale

I have been working on an ad network that is close to completion and am seeking prospective buyers. The app has a client side component that's installed on user's computers and a server component that serves ads to the users. The client application is packaged as an exe which will be downloaded when the user visits the client's website. The application can also be made to appear as an image file or be bundled with other applications. The application will then download itself and other files onto the user's computer and write itself to the registry to run next time windows starts up. A parallel application will also run at startup checking periodically to see if the application or any of it's files have been altered or deleted and re-download the app. The application will also make changes to the registry to make it difficult to totally remove the app from the system. The core of the application is a proxy server which routes all browser traffic. The app works with all major browsers including IE, Chrome, Firefox and Safari. The app can thus record and manipulate all requests made by the browser and responses to create popups, invisible popups, redirect to other sites or replace or alter webpage content to display content that we want to. The app is packaged as a standalone application with no dependencies and will run as an invisible windows service. A log is made of all sites visited by the user, his browsing patterns, interests and stuff. It features a comprehensive campaign management system for publishers with the ability to create different types of rules like popups, popunders, redirects, banner ads, custom search results and other custom actions.
