Android application(front-end and back-end) 1 - open to bidding

I saw that you applied for a project I had posted that includes developing an android application. We postponed this project yet we are now back on track. The database has been developed (sql) and the php code for the admin panel has been developed as well, (will send them to you) yet it consists of a bit of errors, and also the php code is different than the code of the application so its just give you an insight of how the application is going to function. What is needed is from you is to develop an android application, the required points are mentioned in the attached document. My budget for this project is $80. Yet if this is developed properly you will take all of our projects. Get back to me as soon as possible since I am taking multiple offers yet I wanted to send this to you since your profile impressed me and I hope that we can outsource all of our projects with you.
