I have very firm idea about android operating system and corresponding application design. But there are few things to ask you about your application. 1. The application you require, is that apps require any web back-up? 2. Do you need some extensive graphics and logo design for this application? 3. Have you prepared the wireframe or mock-up for this application? 4. You have mentioned: "Companies should be able to give a price offer to the maintenance needed.", do you mean that, remotely you will add companies as your customers to provide the required service advertisements to the corresponding apps user (who have the requirement for the maintainance now) I have understood the project very well and can start the job just now.
