First of all, I am also an NITian, B. Tech in IT, National Institute of Technology Raipur, Class of 2016. I am also a member of the Technical Student Committee of our college, Technocracy. So I understand the scenario perfectly and I appreciate your innovative idea. I did my summer internship at NIT Raipur this summer, wherein I developed several apps for primary education for the Government of CG, to be specific, Council of Science and Technology, Dept of Science and Technology, Govt of CG. So I have experience in making similar android apps. Brief Plan for this project:- The app will start will loader screen and then a login screen, where the user will feed his roll no. After logging in the next screen he will be prompted to choose any of the the mentioned section where he can browse various stuffs. You have to provide me with the server for loading the data(data can be preloaded if you wish but it will increase the size of the app) and login and chat feature. Expected time of completion:- I should be able to complete it within 15 days of normal working, i.e., 2-3 hrs/day.
