create an app for women

I want to create a app for women, the 1st screen will be login/register when they say register, they will have an option to select 1 of the following 3 options - Trying to get Pregnant, Pregnant, Parent Based on the option they select they will receive a registration form on next screen once they fill up the form by creating a new profile for username, password, etc.... They will be taken to home page home page will have 3-4 tabs,home page, related articles, journals, resource I need it for both ios and android So application for android and IOS, with all the features like, resources center (tools, calculators..), journal (ability to make a entry and view), related topics tab (data to be fetched from website database, ability for push up notifications, update of information etc 1-2 weeks
