Descripción del Proyecto

We need an animated character to be used in an "explainer video".

The explainer is an animated inforgrafic in a "modernized" 50's style, like the ones in "Hitchiker Guide to the Galaxy" movie. It is composed of 16 animated slides and last around 4 minutes.

A voice-over will explain the project while the infographic is running. The character we need you to animate will be on the first plan and will react accordingly to the voice-over (like a spectator would).

The design should be inspired (but not copied) from the style of the one on this video : [url removed, login to view]

In this example, the character is moving and viewed from several points of view. On our project, the character will be static and essentially reacting with the upper-body. There should be around 15 to 20 different small items (welcoming from the hand, bored, sleeping, surprised) and some with variations in intensity (interested to enthusiastic to ecstatic).

This animation is the first of an ongoing series. So a successful collaboration will lead to a series of projects with the same character.

We are aiming for quality and a strong personal style. So if you plan to use goanimate or such, please don't bid !

We will provide more infos on PM to selected bidders.

Thank you !

I plan to show a small "filmstrip" to selected bidder so they can see by themself that the work is not that huge

I will let them the time they need so they are confortable even with lower budget
