Collect data for research dataset

Work involves collecting data required for a research project. Attached is a Excel spreadsheet with a list of 192 Chinese counties. Your job involves 1) creating a column "distanceBJ" and calculating the air distance from each county to Beijing. 2) creating a column "area" and filling in the km^2 area of the county. Please collect the distance data from Google Maps (you have to activate the "ruler function" to measure distance) and research from secondary sources to find the km^2 of each county (Wikipedia is ok, but always cite the underlying source you use). This data mining exercise is part of a scientific project: In addition to payment, you will receive acknowledgement in the publication once the project is concluded. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask me. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
