changes to the form on our website and adding some of our recordings to our site as podcasts in wordpress

The title says it all. We need changes made to our current site. As it stands, we have three different links to a form that is filled out and sent to us, instead we would like to replace all three with a single, more complete form. The form will have contact information, "yes / no" questions, checkboxes, etc. We have a copy of how we want the finished form to look and the questions on it as a pdf file. We also need to add recordings we have made into a podcast format, with some information passed down to us as to how we can add new recordings ourselves in the future. My hope is that for the right candidate, these two tasks will be very short and straightforward. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
