Content Writing

seeks a Technical Writer to create and edit highly technical SDK-type learning materials such as setup guides, user manuals, and best practice guidelines. The writer in this position may be responsible for working with engineers to write or transcribe sample code in Java, then creating engaging content to enable users to quickly grasp concepts and become productive. This writer must consider usability while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality in documentation that goes far beyond static reference materials.  Ability to rapidly learn the concepts and products about which you will write – this is not an editing-only job!  Ability to work with Java code to demonstrate functionality using examples.  Clarity of writing. It isn’t necessary to be highly fluent, but it is necessary to communicate ideas in a clear and error-free way.  Create engaging content that delivers value to readers and encourages them to learn more.  Conspire with software developers, architects and product managers, locally and remotely, to develop learning materials that help users make good decisions about how to leverage features and functionality.
