Develop basic elearning solutions for me - repost

I am a trainer, and want to create pre and post-workshop e-learning support (not entire e-learning modules, but lessons merely to augment the classroom training) for my participants. These lessons will essentially be:

Videos, with tests at the end,

Some quizzes/ questionnaires

A survey, or two

Some communication (emails) going out to participants at predetermined intervals

I need someone who can work on this project.
