Asterisk Dialer development with voice recording suppport

We run a local Elastix 2.5 and we already have a small dialer which we invoke via URL to make calls on a certain extension. We need to improve this to also support calling log and specially the possibility of marking the call as "to be recorded" which we understand requires further interaction with asterisk and possibly a delay so the recorded file name/path can returned. The AMI based app should be capable of: 1.- Be installed/added easily to our elastix server 2.- Receive a call with Extensión + prefix + destination-number + recordcall(T/F)+fKey. This can be via URL to a local or remote script or even via SSH console command. 2.- Inmediately Return: 200 OK or error for the action. 3.- Push (JSON) once completed to an specific URL + fKey_returning: - call basic log - URL (or server path) to the voice file where the conversation was recorded if applicable. The specs of the parameters to receive and return can/will be clarified before development. The candidate should supply ready extension to be installed and small doc of installation/usage. We would handle installation/implementation on our own.
