Bypass Youtube Copyright for tv show

I am trying to post 3 minute clips of tv shows from hbo and other stations and need a way to bypass the copyright infringementon youtube. My videos keep getting pulled and I need them to stick.

I only have access to imovie for video editing on my mac.

I will pay half upfront and the rest after the videos have stuck for a week.

I just need a method to get youtube videos to bypass the copyright infringement.
