I can turn this around quickly for you. I have professional software that will let me properly EQ the hiss out, and then convert to MP3, or any other format you choose. I worked in Radio for several years as a production engineer.

The problem isn't in pitch. You have a sibilant issue, so you need to have some de-ess it. I can easily do that for you and return the files within a couple days max.
