I will first clean the problem audio track (some of the other audio could use a little bit of cleaning as well). Once the tracks are cleaner, I will amplify the volume to bring on level with the rest of the video.

yeah listened that one the background noise is to much which creating some distortion for the voice well i will improve the voice or make it better or easily hear :) good luck

Hello, i glance at your footage, and i can say that drastic diffrence is not possible, but it possible to improve articulation, reduce background and fix some edit.

Hey mate! Pity the mic was turned off. Tricky one this, but shouldn't be too hard to fix. A bit of EQing to boost the vocal range and roll off the high frequencies that giving you that tinny background noise. After that, compress it with a multi-band compressor to bring up her voice and make it sound more natural. It won't be as good as capturing it with the mic but should be passable for your video. My first proposal here, hope you can give me a chance! Also somewhat familiar with Amazonia. I first came across them on a business podcast, then I noticed them in health stores all around Melbourne!
