Hey mate!
Pity the mic was turned off. Tricky one this, but shouldn't be too hard to fix. A bit of EQing to boost the vocal range and roll off the high frequencies that giving you that tinny background noise. After that, compress it with a multi-band compressor to bring up her voice and make it sound more natural. It won't be as good as capturing it with the mic but should be passable for your video.

Also somewhat familiar with Amazonia. I first came across them on a business podcast, then I noticed them in health stores all around Melbourne! Funny one that.
