Clean up background sound in WAV file so voices can be heard

The job description is as follows 1. I have a .WAV file that represents part of the dialog from an independent film I am making. 2. There is too much noise in the background and I cannot hear the voices clearly. 3. I believe that there is sound editing software out there that can be used to successfully reduce the level of the background sound and make the voices audible BUT I do not have the skillls or knowledge to do that. 4. I want some one to take the WAV file I have attached to this bid and reduce the level of interference from the background noises. 5. I want to be able to hear the voices more clearly 6. I would suggest that Potential bidders should perhaps take a random sample (say five seconds from the WAV file) to show me what they can do 7. As the final deliverable I want the successful bidder to return to me a file named [login to view URL] that contains the entire original .WAV file but with the voices sounding more clear with a reduced level of background noise I will add the wav file separately ..
