audio file transcription

I am looking for a reliable individual who can help me with transcription. I need approximately 4.8 hours of audio in the form of mp3 files transcribed. The audio is in English with some accent. Some speakers do not have perfect command of English and have some foreign accent. Each audio file consists of a one-on-one interview conversation. Please reply with your previous experience in transcription.

Final output should be in notepad, wordpad, or MS Word format. No special formatting needed, except standard punctuation and identification of the speaker preceding each sentence, i.e,

a. How are you?

b. I am fine.

I need this done within 2 weeks.

I can send a sample of MP3 audio file and transcript.
