I have a detailed set of requirements for a trading system built in MT4 coded using MQL. I need an experienced programmer who can at least put together the base modules (functions). I can code the bells and whistles once the base is done. I will need all of the code documented (inside the code make sure you tell me what each major section of code is doing so I can debug or modify if needed). I am a database designer by trade so the requirements you will receive should allow you to get to work quickly and hit the ground running.
