Alternations to plan. Structual Engineering, concrete slab plan.

All original unlocked work files to be submitted at project completion for alteration by local architect/engineer with ease. I have a double story house plan that I need some simple changes made. I also need: * All elevations and schedules for council submission. * All structural engineering for supporting walls and extended floor spans, including materials to use (would prefer I-joists) * All plans needed for Concrete footings and slab pouring. * 3D design of internal and external layouts including possible decoration and furniture placement. * TWO different roof designs. * Site development plan I will attach land details including sun path and direction once bid is accepted. House will have double glazed windows and solar panels. Existing DWG file can be supplied to winning bidder
