Crawlspace Animation - repost

Hello. Your skills appear perfect for a project we have. I need "before" and "after" 3D environments of a house crawlspace with an up and down camera move to transition between them. I've attached representative "before" and "after" photos for reference along with a simple storyboard. The photos are good representations of what I would like the environment to be, although I would prefer to pull the "camera" back a bit and to the right to give more depth to the area displayed and move the corner of the space more to the left. The "floor" of the crawlspace can be the black plastic as in the photos or could be simple brown dirt. We will be combining this camera move with real footage of a child playing with toys on the floor above, so in the transition "through" the floor the area above the floor joists and floor can be a simple uniform green matte color.
