Assist me with Bulk Marketing

We are touring a max of 7 seperate independent acts. We were hoping to advertise a free event and strike a deal where the venue/promoter keeps all profit of the sales from the bar and we would also be willing to pay the promoter a fee for his help in promoting the event. We'd prefer a Smaller setting, no more than 300 people that way it won't be too hard to promote or pack out the house as their fan base is generally in Los Angeles and they are trying to branch out.
