We need to hire a firm that can develop a service that will include: server database (MySQL for instance), an Internet Explorer add-on client, with its own updatable database and an affiliated website.  This project definitely needs a fresh and original designed client interface. Bug-free operation is a must. Your firm must have a thorough understanding of building a well-structured database and be great at communication. At all stages, if your firm has its own ideas of making the service better or more efficient, this will be rewarded. The following tools will comprise the service. Server Database A relational database that will be searchable from the website. The client (see below) will also need to be able to update itself against parts of the database. Client An Internet Explorer client that matches words in html against words in its internal database. There is also a graphic element involved (think SNAP) and links to the website.  A Website That features info from the database in CSS. That includes a search engine for the database.  Prospective bidders can contact us with references or sample work and receive further information. Smooth and clear communication is essential. We will pay 25% of this project upon delivery of a beta working database. This money will be held in escrow with GAF. We will pay another 25% upon delivery of the beta client and website. These will then be tested. The remaining 50% will be paid 30 days or sooner upon delivery and upon ALL bugs and flaws being worked out. If all works well, we will be interested in continuing to work with the firm ,adding qualities and features.
