CueMasters Snooker Game

We are looking for a snooker game to be created, much like 'iSnooker'. It will be a downloadable game that runs locally and connects to our servers to play games with other members. Features that must be included: ~ Full Admin/Moderator features such as kicking, banning, muting etc. ~ Membership purchase system to purchase codes through our website and register them in game. (Monthly, Six-Monthly and Annual codes) ~ Snooker, short-snooker & killer game modes. ~ 'Elo' ranking system with different colours representing different ratings eg. blue for 1200 - 1500. ~ Lobby area to chat in with easy access to all tables to start or join a game. ~ Invite system for players to invite other users to a table/game. ~ Logging & Report system where players can report abuse, mods/admins then read them from a report panel and can issue necessary action. We are looking for a programmer who will create the v1 to be a stunning, high quality game and improve it, adding features, through a long-term relationship (Of course being paid per work)
