(Can be discussed). Security of the program is paramount - a key/server connection technique or email registration technique is best to prevent hackers from using the software. Software can be developed at a decent pace - spreaded out over the course of a few months (6 months - 1 year) OR if the software developer is able to take it up and input ALL the features at once (some can still be discussed first) then all the more better.
