Hello, I have a big experience in VC++, COM and ATL programming. Your project is very simple and definitely it costs much less than $5000, to be able to estimate the project cost accurately I would like you to reply my questions: 1) Where COM object should get data from? Should it connect to a database or hardcoded for testing purposes or have some demo GUI so a user can specify values for the 3d array? 2) Should data in COM object be shared between different processes? I.e. different clients access the same single instance of the COM object. 3) What is the purpose of the attachment? I look forward to work on this project and look forward for your reply.
